These heartburn-friendly potatoes are packed with flavor. It has a definite sweet honey taste combined with a hint of rosemary.
Ingredients
2 pounds red potatoes, cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary
Steps
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey, mustard powder, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
Step 3
Coat baking pan with nonstick spray. Place potatoes in pan and drizzle honey mixture over the top. Roast in preheated oven until tender, about 35 minutes.
