In a bowl, mix cider vinegar, vegetable oil, egg, paprika, poultry seasoning, and salt.
Place wings in gallon plastic, sealable bags. Pour liquid in, mix with wings, and marinade in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.
Take chicken out of the bag and discard liquid. Grill over medium heat for 20 minutes, 10 minutes per side, or until juice runs clear.
